If you're renting for a while, this place is OK. If you're buying, be very careful. The homeowners association board has a habit of changing rules and making them retroactive and bullying owners who live on the premises. You're also unlikely to get a timely or honest answer from board members, who have made it clear they don't like to be questioned about anything they do. You're better off going to a nearby laundromat as there are always one or two machines out of order.
