Best: location & price
Seriously, this place is close to everything. I really enjoyed living here for this reason. Easy access to Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt, West End Avenue, Green Hills, Hillsboro Village. I-440 makes places like Nolensville Rd, West Nashville, even the airport and Cool Springs very simple. And seriously, you won't find anything else in the Green Hills/Hillsboro Village/West End area for this price.
Worst: construction
The caulking around the bathtub was atrocious. Electrical issues (some eventually fixed), leaking sink (fixed on the third try), and worst of all, an air conditioner that blew out chunks of dirt and mold (never fixed).
If you have ample do-it-yourself skills, want a great location where you can walk or bike to anywhere you need to be, and are looking to save some money, this is the place for you.
