The Apartments are great and it is very convienent to downtown and several key spots around the city. However, there are way to many rules. They don't accept deliveries, you cannot back into a spot you have to ALWAYS pull in or they ticket you, you have to register overnight guests or they will put tickets on the person's car, they have quiet hours where they ask you not to do laundry or play music, they have frequent inspections of your apartment and are very slow when it comes to repairing things. They have lost two - not one - but two of my Rent Payments. I had to stop payment twice on those checks and they did not even offer to reimburse me. My vehicle was burgularized and even though they have cameras on the property they don't allow the cameras to swivel for whatever reason so the culprit got away and I was out of $400.

The management is extremely rude and disrespectful. They aren't concerened with the welfare and safety of their residents. All they care about is whether or not you pay your rent on time just to turn around and lose it.

And this is just a few of the issues that I have had happen to me while living there. So needless to say until they make management changes I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
