I have been a resident of Vine Hill Homes for almost 7 years now. And I can go down a list of complaints however I wont. This is the only apartment complex in the US that I think makes up its own rules as it goes along. In the past two years, I have received complaints about (1) the hallway wall leading up the steps needs to be painted, as well as around the light switch. Also, (2) in the middle of July the office states that they received a complaint that my trash can smelled. To address (1) In the 7 years that I have lived over here they have neither painted a wall nor cleaned a carpet. (2) I would like to smell the managers trash can in 98 degree wheather and see what it smells like. The final draw was when I was asked to clean my carpet. When I addressed the issue with management and he simply stated, "oh well". I knew it was time for me to leave.
Also, the kids hanging out all time of night selling drugs doesnt make it any better.




Use Vine Hill only as a temp stepping stone to get on your feet.

I STRONGLY agree with the "review"......they do have favorites that are treated much better than others and they also know how to make you get out if they dont like you.They are never willing to help you improve the unit.I myself have lived there for 7 years and not once have I ever had anything painted or replaced but they are quick to tell you that you owe them some money or that you have not paid some kind of unexplained fee that is past due.NEVER will they call to replace carpet or paint......u can count on that statement.....recently they have started to just let anyone move in and the children are just getting worse and worse.They have not had a working gate in almost a year and do the camera's (decoy's) really work......nothing is ever on camera and the gate is no good now since they have let anyone move in, there is now no reason to keep anyone out with a gate, we will just be locking these people in......cancel the gate and use the money for something else.They are letting anyone in anyway.I thought that this was supposed to be a program to help and it is NOT.....it is just another part of the ghetto!!!!!!!! That is a review from a resident.....................What do they actually do with your escrow money because when they take your money from you....the list of reasons that they take your money could be used on even a senior.....I am curios to see how many people have ever even gotten their escrow money....I bet that list is not long at all........THANKS VINE HILL FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
