There are no up to date reviews here so I thought someone should take a moment and give an oppinion.

This is not a luxury complex, however, it isn't exactly the slums either. The staff is friendly, helpfull, and competent. The buildings are in decent shape...though IMO the orange doors have to go. The apts are furnished and water and trash are included in the rent. IMO that brings the price you are paying way down compared to some other places. Not only are you only having to pay rent and electric as neccessary bills, you are renting their furniture and it is good quality furniture. When I first moved in I was scepticle of the table and chairs, but they have held up well and we are not small people. As for the complaints about water being shut off from others...I have experienced the water being off once since being here, and that was to fix a main break. No notice was given, but then again they didn't get notice that the main was going to break either. There is a pool here and it is good sized and clean. The draw back is it is closed more often then what I have seen other complex's pools. Crime has never been an issue for myself or my family while living here. Nor any of my neighbors that I am aware of. I can't speak for the whole complex as I don't know everyone.

Some of the draw backs...There is only one small laundry facility and no w/d hookups in any of the apts. However, the w/d here are cheaper than any of the laundry mats close by. Parking is a NIGHTMARE 80% of the time. I fault the original builder more than anyone on that. The parking area surrounds all the buildings and if you live on end of the building, towards the middle of the complex, even parking near your building is going to be a walk. There are a handful of buildings that can park infront of their apt. If people would learn how to park it would be a little better. Several times I have seen people take up two spots, and three times I have had someone park so close to me I had to enter my car from the passenger side. If the lines were painted it would help too.

All and all I have enjoyed my stay here. Would I do it again, probably. If I could park infront of my apartment, have a w/d in my apt, they had a fitness center(the walk to and from the car doesn't count), and the pool was more reliable to be open, I would stay longer. As it is I will probably try to find something that meets more of my needs, and that does mean paying more rent, more utilities, and buying furniture.
