I have been living in Warren Terrace for 5 years. I have seen many changes... good and bad. Management has changed 3 times. It seems like when you get to know the staff... they always get replaced.I have a huge problem. My rent has been raised 3 times in 4 years and is about to be raised again in July 2007. When I think of all the money I put into these apartments in 5 years... I want to kick myself.
I have never taken a bath due to the fact that the tub is peeling, fading and has permanent dirt in the bottom. I have taken showers for 5 years. I brought this little problem to the attention of management several times and I am pretty much put off like it isn't that important.I put in work orders to no avail. I even offered to go to Bathfitters for a new tub if my rent was dropped. The answer was no.I am still waiting. Now management has changed again. The new rental agent acts like she doesn't care and this issue is not her concern. She is not making any effort to help me. The so called contractor was supposed to call 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I spoke with one of the higher ups about my problem. He said it needed to be taken care of but nothing has happened yet.I am pissed. Now even though my husband and I have limited incomes... we are trying our best to leave. Before I do... I am going to corporate with this problem.I feel if I am ecpected to be a good tenant for 5 years...pay rent on time... follow the policies implemented and be respectful of others, I should get the same in return.I will now seek outside help with the issue. I have the same bathtub problem. Add to that the mold growing on the ceiing. And the new management, I am with you on, they just don't care. I am moving in August. I dearly loved the last manager and head of maintance. But the new folks lack that warm fuzziness. If you are looking for something that appears to be nice and is affordable, you might check Gazeebo apts over on Neese drive.

I live @ Priest Lake "Paper Thin" Apartments and they are no better when it comes to maintance issues. We moved in 4 months ago and have added on to are list of have nots. As in have not been fixed yet. Because your buddies with Dianne and Kevin maybe you will get better treatment. Can you say, Renovation these 30 year old buildings need to be gutted or burned down.
