I was out "spotting" potential complexes that I am interested in due to my budget. This one had to be the worst looking one as far as curb-appeal goes.


I do not expect a 40-50 year old complex to be completely ace-looking, however, new paint would work wonders for the exterior!


Rust stains are all over the buildings. Trim appears to be falling off in some spots. Trim appears to have fallen off already, in some spots.


For a first impression: I am NOT impressed with your property in Nashville - Warren Properties. Not impressed at all.
