I have lived here as a corporate tenant and I would say Waterford Place is a great place to live. It's very quiet, safe and secure. The people are friendky as long as your friendly and management is very receptive to your needs. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The complex offers a pool and weight room with treadmills (2), bicycle, free weights and a universal machine for all muscle groups. The location is convenient to all shopping and interstates. I will say there was one incident where police were involve but management altered all tenants quickly. Other than that Waterford is a very nice apartment complex for anyone.
