I have lived at Waterford for several years and have loved it each year. The staff has always been friendly and supportive of my needs. The Maintenance always gets everything done and they make it a point to know my name. It's quiet here and you couldn't ask for better parking. If your going to allow one single incident that took place almost a year ago run you away from a Wonderful commnunity then your missing out on a great thing. Ya Know I moved out of Green Hills In 1998 due to the Green Hills Rapist but I guess everyone has forgotten about him. He raped and attacked 7 woman. IN GREEN HILLS!!! NOW HOW SAFE IS THAT'

Are you still living in Waterford? my husband and I are thinking of moving to waterford? what is your opinion on May 25, 2007? safety, fires, water main leaks, water being shut off for hours, noise on early morning weekends from lawn mowers, noise from lawn mowers too frequently? we want an honest opinion. and did they ever determine what caused the fire? because all buildings in the complex are built to the same code inspection, so doesnt all the other buildings still have that same increased risk for catching on fire and burning to the ground? we are most concerned for our safety first of all. does the peeping tom still live there? and do cars drive through there late at night and early morning? we are very disturbed at all these comments about waterford, and this is making us so nervous that i dont know if we should still consider moving there. apartmentdetectives is our handle on here, if anyone reads this, can someone please advise us thanks alot.
