I'm glad I moved out. Paying similar rent, I'm now in a perfect apt (it's rated very nice here).

Waterford used to be very nice. But nowadays, it is just another average apartment, and of course, having the same problems as those scoring 3 or less here. Scary dogs, deadly bugs, and noisy neighbors. There are always people drving around in late night and early morning (the complex has no gate).. The current management isn't as nice as the past one..

Overall, waterford isn't bad. Perhaps a little above average. But it isn't up to the amount of rent you pay.
