I've lived here 3 years, and this place is going downhill. Dont know why, but office staff changes like my girl's face, maybe they dont like stay here either. The renting is among the highest in Nashville, but the quality isn't.

The place looks fairly nice outside, but insdie is another story. The design, IMHO, is so bad that you will be wondering all the time where your funitures should sit..

The walls are thin and you can hear you neighbors making love all the time, though this might not be a bad thing for some people.

The electric bill is outrageous -- it should be half or less according to my calculation!!!!! The AC is way too loooooud so we have to turn it off at night. Guess what happens' We always wake up feeling like in the hell! (we do use an extra quilt but since it is warm at first, the poor quilt always ends up on the floor :(

Another thing that bothers me everyday is that, you have to make a sharp turn right after a red light to get into the complex, again, a bad design.

And, when the summer comes, so comes the bug army.. You will see disgusting things moving on your bed, oh, you will. Just describing this makes me want puke. man.
