I have lived her since 2001 and I have been amazed at the changing staff. I am happy to say that we have a good staff now and they truely care about maintaining the property. Parking was a night mare when paving was being done but it always is. The water pipes did burst one time when it was 20 degrees. It was under control but waited a while to get it fixed.

My wife and I are happy to live here and like the apartment and staff. We just renewed again even with an increase

Glad to hear you're happy, but where were you when they shut off the water on a Saturday about 5:00 p.m. with no office staff in sight? The maintenance person who was fielding calls said they had trouble getting a plumber out. What a lame excuse. There are about 30 pages of plumbers in the yellow pages.

Come on! Good staff? I moved out for that one single reason. The staff a few years ago was great though. BTW, the reason I came here is because I'm looking for a new apartment for one of my friends, not to bash someone. But I can't agree at all the staff is good.

Apparently the office staff likes to pose as tennents. I would not believe a word of this.
