I've lived at Waterford Place for 2 and 1/2 years. I love it. My roommate is moving to CA and I've been trying to find a one bedroom to rent on my own in the Bellevue or surrounding areas. I haven't been able to find a anything as nice as Waterford Place for the same rent. The apartments are nicely sized and appropriately priced for the neighborhood.

Another anonymous sales pitch. Isn't this a site for residents only? Check out the rating of the Maintenance and Office Staff. They think more highly of themselves than they do about the property. Are you going to buy into this? Another forgery!!
