I just moved into Waterford early winter 2007. So far my experience has been pleasant. The apartment is very spacious for the money and I am thrilled with all of the closet space! I have needed maintenance for just a few minimal things and they fixed them that day. I really like how you have to use a key to get into the fitness center for safety reasons because I usually work out at night. The amenities here are great and I can't wait for the pool to open. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not familiar with Bellevue, but the office staff has helped me find nearby grocers, restaurants, shopping, etc. I love how everything is located so nearby, but with minimal traffic! I haven't met very many residents just yet since it is winter time and no one is out, but the people I have met seem to be very nice. Feeling safe and well taken care of is important to me as I live alone and Waterford definitely puts me at ease.

Give it time. Everything is great while all things are running smoothly, but just wait until they turn off the water and there's no one to answer any questions about what happened, when it's going to be turned on, etc. It's great that the office personnel have been helpful, but maybe it has something to do with needing renters. I lived there for a while and, at first, things were good. Like I said, just wait. Obviously, you were not there when the murder happened, they re-paved the parking lot or when the peeping tom was there. Good luck!

Blah! Blah! Blah! I notice how they keep hitting on all the same notes with each forgery. Spacious apartment, safety, location, nearby shopping, amenities(they still suck!) and once again they think more highly of themselves than the property. Come on. Another sales pitch. How about mentioning the roofs that continue to blow off during each storm we have, how dark the property is at night, or the rent increases at lease renewal time. That's what people on this site want to hear. Not the same marketing ploy every review.

From reading many of the 'responses' to the postings about Waterford, it appears there is ONE person out there that has absolutely nothing better to do with their life than to get on the internet. Move on, get a job, get a life or better yet, get therapy.
