Not so bad, not so great.

I would have to agree with the prior review. Although lengthy, it is true statements. My rent did go up, although not quite as high as 100 dollars, but still a considerable amount when I reniewed. The amenities are not all that great and they do not have any activities for residents. The water bill situation I find very interesting. I did live at an apartment before this one and it did have a water meter near my water heater and my water bill was about 15-20 dollars less a month than it is living here. I do not think that our usage has increased that much if at all. When you do ask the ladies in the office, they do explain a "formula" to you. It still does not seem quite right. The parking lot is dark at night. Some street lights would be a big help. My neighbors' car was broken into recently. Although I accept this can happen anywhere, well lit parking might be a better deterent for thieves. I also notice shingles on the ground when I walk around the neighborhood after a storm.
I don't mind to live here for the short term. It is a nice location and my apartment is ok. I moved in for the rate I recieved at the time. I can afford the increase and really did not want to move again. But if I were looking for a place to live, I probably would not move here again.
