I just moved from Waterford Place after living there for 2 and 1/2 years. The office staff was amazing. The maintance staff has been hit or miss - current staff is great. The laundry room on property (which is not run by the property but an outside service company)is not the best. The only problem I had during the period of time I lived there was parking issues due to other residents and their guests. I would greatly recommend this property to anyone who asks. So much so I have moved to another property with the same company in North Carolina.
