I had a short term corporate lease here and I can say that it was ok. The floor plan is lousy in the 2BR the living room is huge but the bedrooms are small and not user friendly. The complex had a rash of petty burglary and teenagers throwing eggs at cars while we were here but nothing major. The maintenance staff that we had interaction with were all nice and although some repairs had to be redone several times, it did get done.
Parking was not a problem here, there's plenty to go around near our building so that was very nice. The grounds are well maintained, my only complaint is that they mow the grass very early in the morning and it makes it difficult to sleep after working long night shifts. Our neighbors were polite and you dont hear much from other apartments unless they have music up loud or there are kids upstairs running around.
Overall I say that its not the best apartments I have been in but not the worst either. I cant speak for how it compares price wise as the company we worked for took care of that. It was just fine for the short time we were here.
