Am a current resident who has lived here a couple of years now. Have had a few maintenance "needs", which are to be expected, nothing major and all have been taken care of in a relatively reasonable amount of time. The community is fairly quiet, which is one of the things I really enjoy about living here. I have great neighbors and I feel safe being out and about and walking around the complex at night. My major complaint is regarding the office staff here. They are less than friendly, rarely helpful, and at times down right rude. They constantly give the impression that could care less about their residents. I don't want them to bake me a cake, just would appreciate a can-do attitude and to feel like they appreciate my business. What ever happened to good customer service and common courtesy' If you expect these "outdated" and "old fashioned" notions do not move here, because you will be sadly disappointed.
