Pretty Decent

I've lived here for almost a year and it's been fine. The rent is higher than most places but the space is great. It is quiet and I cannot hear my neighbors much. They never mentioned when signing the lease that there would be trash fees associated with the water bill per month (that is higher than anywhere I have ever lived before). Overall pretty nice just costly.
