| 01/16/2012 | Overall I was fairly happy here, but some of complaints included: Price - I recommended the place to a friend about halfway through my lease, but rent had skyrocketed to a point where his moderate salary wasn't even enough for a one-bedroom. Also, their water policy is ridiculous. You're mailed a separate bill from a "different company" but you make the payment directly to the apartment. I had no washer/dryer and was conscienctious of my dishwashing, showering, etc., but still paid over $40 for myself alone. It's a major ripoff - simply a way for them to disguise the fact that ...
