	Too many roaches,no parking,loud music, nice size apartments,friendly staff, and they let me move in and I didn't even make enough to live there.

	this apartment are cheap they are big. but you cant find parking and the hallaways are a mess.

	Welch Bend is a great place to live. Everyone is kind and helpful. The manager is nice. The Maintence Supervisor is very very very professional and gets right to work and does it right
