I have lived here two years, and I really lovee it! The apartments are the right size for singles and couples with not a lot of things-not too big and not too small with a big walk in closet and a cozy kitchen/dining area.There is also a window in every room, so it's also very sunny and has good ventilation. (drawback-there is one a/c unit located in the living room window to cool all 4 rooms-if you don't place a fan in the bedroom/living room doorway to pull the cool air into the bedroom, you will not be able to cool it below 80 degrees)The heating is very good, baseboard heaters in the bedroom, living room and kitchen. I usually don't have trouble keeping it warm here. (only problem, there are old "coil" type heaters in the bathrooms, which are ugly, rusted and emit a funny odour and drop black flakes when first turned on) The building itself looks like a motel-the front door opens out into a wooden hallway. You can hear people walking on it, but I've gotten used to it so it doesn't bother me much.
It's located in a great neighbourhood- close to good shopping, restaraunts, and there are MTA bus stops located close to the buildings. I noticed that the parking lot can get crowded at times-I dont think there is enough space for visitors out front, but I cant really rate the tenants parking because I dont own a car.



The only serious problem I have had here is the fact that the walls are very thin, and if your neighbours arent conscious of this fact, you will have problems with hearing their music, and other things.



Other than that, I reccomend this complex highly.



One note-management has changed in the past year, and our new manager is committed to keeping things comfortable, safe and in great shape. Great job!

changing the bathroom heater is an easy fix. There are replacement heaters. Modern, not coil, warm air heat shinny and pretty Just request it I did and the manager gladly did it for my grandma because I was afraid for her she does not see well. I just asked and presto it was replaced. thanks
