Hi there, I had written an earlier review of the apartment...there are things I have noticed that have become serious problems...I hate to speak poorly about things, but I think everybody should be aware of the pluses and minuses before making a move. The pluses-safe neighbourhood with lots of great shopping, eating places, bus stop out front and pedestrian-friendly (I walk through the area all the time with no trouble), the rent is affordable and the location is excellent. Small but sunny and comfortable enough for singles or couples with not too much stuff....
...but now the minuses. The worst problem undoubtedly is the noise. The walls are so thin you can hear your downstairs neighbours talking, and if anyone near you has a telly or a radio on, you will hear it. I have heard my neighbour snoring when it's "quiet" (it's never really quiet here!) so if you are a light sleeper such as I, earplugs are a must! I have also noticed a problem with roaches-when I first moved in and a few years afterwards, I never had any trouble with them, but now there are too many (one is too many!!) and even after thorough cleaning and treatment they are still there.
UGH!
Proceed with caution! I would reccomend this place for a short term living arrangement-I've been here four years and I will probably be moving in another year or two because of the noise and pest problems. :(

I have not pest problem. and u did admit u had to clean your apartment and they went away and after two years they came back hey get a clue try cleaning ur apartment again once every two years what do u expect.
