When I noticed there were reviews being given for this sad excuse of an apartment complex, I felt compelled to give my .2 worth. I lived in WET from 2002-2003 and must say it was one of the most god awful residential experiences of my life. The second-rate property manager was rude and treated the tenants like kindergarten children. When my garbage disposal malfunctioned she interrogated me as if I had broken it on purpose. A foul, fetid odor reminiscent of raw sewage hovers over the complex and the window air conditioning units don't work properly. The Metro Nashville Police Department make regular visits to WET, and I've had neighbors knocking on my door in the wee hours of the night asking for money.
Getting out of my lease was like being paroled from a Turkish prison. Please, for the love of all that's holy, don't move to this apartment.

It's pretty sad and pathetic when an apartment manager hurls petty insults at people who offer their valid opinions on this Web site. For those who are browsing this site, the above response illustrates the caliber of service you'll receive at West End Terrace. The apartment manager will speak to you in the same manner as her insipid posts. She illustrates my point perfectly. Pretty professional, huh?

you are the same person who has been posting on this site since u were evicted. Come on admit it you are in love with the lady in the office she is not the manager she is an owner. Trust me she is not into women so quit bustin her because u can't have here. Get over it u have been posting since 2002. There are better and more entertaining sites for you to get off on. I am going to pray that something bad happens to you this week as a message from God to GET OVER IT......
