.. would I ever consider moving in here again. Pretty much say it all' I have lived here since June of last year. Suffice it to say, I have had to have them out to fix the water in my sink, and the hot water heater, and my shower, and it really needs to be fixed again, because it got worse, not better, when they fixed it the last time. The maintanence guy makes me nervous, he watches me all the time when he is on the property, and as a single girl living alone, that is quite un-nerving, considering he has access to keys to my apartment. There is 8 people living in one or two of the apartments, and they are ALL one bedrooms, so they take up all the parking, not to mention being VERY un-healthy. I have to listen to loud, non-english speaking music at all hours of the day and night, and the other residents near me have no respect for anyone else living here. I have had stuff stolen out of the laundry room, which is supposed to be locked, and the other night there was a 'domestic disturbance' (read 'shooting or knifing'.. sounded like both, actually...) just the other side of the complex where someone was hauled off in an ambulance at 1 in the morning. I have had issues with roaches, although not badly, just one or two here and there occasionally, which, I don't like either, but it is not as bad is it could be, I guess. The walls are seriously thin, and I hear my nextdoor neighbor singing in the shower or bathtub in the mornings, and when the upstairs person snores at night. Just... do some research before you move ANYWHERE. Trust me, you'll be much happier if you do! Oh.. and NO.. a THOUSAND times NO.. do you want to move in here.

There was a problem with raoches the complex had a contract for over 6 years with American Bug Buster and the manager worked hard to get them to help rid she finally got fed up and when the contract expiered in November of 2006 she fired the and hired an excellent ocmpany Apple Pest Control and they are getting rid of our problem .

The maintenance man is a wonderful kind family man with four beautiful children and wife. The fact that he is paying attention to the property is good thing. If he is looking and giving u a wierd look u must be doing something wierd. He is usually inside working and only works during the day so why arent u at work or school instead of hanging out in the parking lot looking at the maintenance man, there has been no crime here it is safe. Go to West Metro station on Charlotte and get a police report for this complex.
