This is an awesome place to live! The location is so convenient to everything (e.g., freeway entrance & exit, grocery stores, banks, malls, downtown, about 5 different Universities and Colleges)! The maintenance person is the nicest and most helpful individual around! When I firsted moved in, the manager asked the Maintenance guy to help me with the heavy stuff and it was done within a day. Whenever I need something done, all I have to do is call the manager and it's taken care within that day or the next day! The service is superb. The rent is cheap compare to what I have seen around here since I have to called a lot of places before making the move. There is always a parking space available no matter what time of day I come home. The grounds are well maintained and clean at all times. The laundry room is available at all times and it's cheap to use!

I also like this place because of the diversity I have seen around here. Asian, ---------, Caucasians, Indian, etc...you name it! The neighbors are very nice. They always smile and say hi whenever they see me.

I agree with you completely. The manager has a hard job dealing with some of the tenants that other owners move in here. She does a good job getting rid of those ignorant, discriminating people to make sure they do not both us who appreciate rules and comfort.

hey everybody here is the truth the responder of on 6/19/07 is my ex girlfriend she is mad because she was evicted from the apartments for not paying her rent and moved her boyfriend into the apartment who is a drugie, hiding from the police and an illegal dog. When that manager found out she tried to get my ex girlfriend to get a sticker for her boyfriends car and my ex cannot make up her mind if she likes boys or girls she is a liar and cheater so don't beleive anything she says she is a -----. She thinks it is funny putting in bad comments. It has been three years and my ex won't let go of it she is like a pit bull dog.
