I have lived in WE Terrace for a couple years. It is cheap and in a good location. Cheap & good locaiton attracts all kinds of stuff. Some older people, some students, some illegals, some good, some not so good. The apartment manager is tough -but fair. If you live in a HIGH rent district the price alone weeds out a lot. It is bloody hard to find low rent that is clean and safe. I'm glad the manager is tough & on top of things. Some of the 'wild reviews' appear to me to be vengful immagination rather than truth. Several neighbors are elderly and feel quite safe here.

Keep in mind that the "manager" isnt*** the direct manager for everyone. The units are individually owned and for those unfortunate enough to have to rent directly under the "manager" well, you see here how that went.

Yes she is the direct manager for everyone. So no matter who you are or who you rent from she is the manager for the whole property. Ha Ha.

yes, the manager's responses are full of abbreviations, and grammatical errors. They are easy to spot...and if you read the ebay web page for WET, the grammatical errors are laughable! She is a real NUT case, but the two businessmen men who own MOST of the units (and HER - they pay her separately to manage their units )...don't think so!

Yup. There are two business men who own many of the units. They pay her to manage the property. But your unit is run by whoever you write your check to. Those people are really nice and correct apt situations in a timely manner.
