Much of what has been written about the office manager was fairly accurate. The key word there is "WAS" because that person no longer works here at West End Terrace, nor does she live here to my knowledge.
The CURRENT office manager is NOTHING like the previous one, in fact, I'd say she's very much the opposite of the previous manager. This is a good thing for those of us living here.
For those of you old enough to remember The Wizard of Oz, this is your cue to sing "Ding, Dong, the Wicked Witch is Dead." LOL :-)
