I own and reside at West End Terrace--and have not found any outstanding problems, that caused any real concerns for me. Through the new on-site manager, Lydia, I have seen a dramatic change in the overall care-taking of the property. She displays a friendly yet professional attitude to me with every interaction we have had. With any type of apartment situations there will inevitably be "bad apples". Lydia arrived at West End facing an uphill climb however, she has handled it with ease. There will be stressful situations to arise again, but I feel that they will be handled by a true professional.
