I really like the hardwood floors,large rooms,and of course the location. However, with three major hospitals all within 3 miles you will hear ambulances all night long! I had a unit next to West End Ave and the noise from the traffic was horrible at all hours of the night. I am a heavy sleeper and it started to get to me after a while. Also if you value your car this is not the best place. Within 1 month I had so many dings and scrapes because of the little parking lot and probably mostly inconsiderate neighbors. Besides that the management is great and will take care of issues promptly.
