If you dislike new white apartment buildings with white walls, tan wall-to-wall, and identical floorplans, this is your apartment. Lived here in 2001-2003 just after graduation. Neighbors are mostly Vandy students, but apartments are built "like they used to" so noise is not a problem.

Location is ideal, apartments are mostly all unique layouts and feature niceties like a n old brick accent wall, old-school doorbells, and great hardwood floors.

Staff is very very helpful. We had an elderly neighbor who called us around the clock about noise. Yes, I know what I wrote before. The punchline is that she called when we were sitting around watching SportsCenter or napping--never when we had people over. The manager moved us into a vacant apartment to avoid this issue without a blink. That's service--it was a much bigger and much brighter apartment on the Tin Angel side of the building. She held our rent constant at the previous monthly rate.

Not located walking distance from bars or many restaurants, but one block from the interstate.
