This was my first apartment in Nashville. The management was great to me. They let me out of my lease without a problem when I decided to move to Argentina. The facilities are nice. The staff answers your maintenance calls quickly. When my toilet clogged, they fixed it that same day. The pool, gym and laundry-mat are good. I never had a problem with noisy neighbors, roaches, crime, anything. I really liked it there. My only complaint, because I am a huge tennis player, is that the tennis courts aren't in the best condition. But I fully recommend this place. You get a lot for the price.
