Have been living here for two years. Very nice and quiet. The management is very helpful and responsive. i haven't had too many problems with the apt fixtures, but they are usually pretty responsive. Usually the same day and also leave a note saying the apt was entered and stuff was fixed. Regular bug treatment so have never seen a roach here.

compound is gated gym swimming pool. have never used the tennis courts tho. laundramat is good but haven't used since i got my own wsh/dr.
