I've lived here for about six years now, and I must say that for the last year I feel that the staff doesn't seem as friendly and capable as times past. The manager especially has always been rather "unfriendly" but lately has been downright rude. My family and I have always tried to deal with the girl (different over the years) in the front office instead of the manager - that person was always helpful while the actual manager seems so difficult. I tried to deal with her once when our car was broken into and she said in not so many words that it wasn't her problem and was probably someone I knew. What a crock! Cold and not caring, no customer service skills whatsoever. Good thing she rarely seems to be there! Maintenance also isn't as good as it used to be. The old maintenance man, Jimmy I think, was wonderful New ones don't seem to care about the residents much either, maybe they are related to the manager!

We have loved our apartment and our neighbors, but will not be renewing our next lease. Oh well, the neighbors are all leaving too!
