Jolene has lost her customer service attitude. Now, when you call she is confrontational and really just downright rude. She blames you for things breaking in your apartment. It takes several phone calls to get things fixed and even then it's not done right so you end up having to live with it because you are sick of calling...Building is older so the units need some updates (especially the kitchen and bathroom fixtures). Maintenance used to be really good when we first moved in, but that has also gone downhill. Also, they've had an influx of college students move in who are loud and obnoxious at 2 or 3 in the morning. When you call and complain you get nowhere. Some instances I've been close to calling the police. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the safest in Nashville....there's been a lot of robberies and one murder recently. But the community is gated so you have a false sense of security.

I HAVE LIVED AT THIS LOCATION FOR AWHILE. cAN TELL YOU FROM EXPERIENCE THAT I AGREE WITH THE OTHER COMMENTS REQUARDING POOR STAFF MANAGEMENT AND COURTISY. hAVE EVEN EXPERENCED BREAK INS RECENTLY. VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGABLE MANTAINANCE AVAILABLE. vERY LITTLE IF ANY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OCCURING. eVEN THE POOL IS NASTY!!!!!!!! The manager Jolene is impossible to deal with even rude. Maintenance complaints seem to be a constant problem with many residence here. Wishful for better over all service!!!

I am currently living here and completely agree with both of these posts! I'm so disappointed and can't wait until my lease is up!! I'm even considering leaving early and breaking my lease because i'm not happy here at all. Maintenance was great when I first moved in, but now it takes 5 or 6 calls to get anything done. The apartments need to be updated desperately as well as the amenities (gym, tennis courts, etc.)
