I don't know why there are any negative reviews here. My husband and I relocated here for Vanderbilt five years ago and have loved our townhome immensely. The location is fantastic, only ten minutes away from downtown Nashville, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Whenever anything in our apartment has broken, there was someone here within an hour if was an emergency, and if it was something benign then they were here by the end of the day. Our neighbors have been relatively quiet, and we enjoy the tennis court and pool in the summer. There is a resident cop here who parks his/her car by the front gate, which makes this safe community even safer. We are going to be moving out of state soon, and both my husband and I are really going to miss this place. If you are looking for a relatively quiet community minutes from downtown where several professionals, retired couples, and young families live, I recommend Western Hills. We have made some great friends here and really don't want to move!

I have lived at Western HIlls for 8 years. I have found maint to be terrific and staff is very friendly and responsive to all my needs. This has been a great place to live and i intend on staying and recommend to everyone.
