I have been at Western Hills for about 6 months. Pros: had only one maintenance issue since moving in and the maintenance man was at my apartment within 30 minutes; regular spraying for bugs ( I don't have any), large laundry on site, pool, tennis court, gated, low electric bills ( maybe because the buildings are brick), do not hear TVs or stereos through the walls. Cons: I live in lower apartment and I can hear the upstair tenant walking around if I don't have the air conditioning or heater on. Unfortunately for me the upstairs neighbor appears to be an insomniac and is walking around starting about 2 am, then again at 4 am until she leaves at about 8 am. If it was not for this I would be 100% happy.

I concur. Having the luxury of not hearing next door neighbor's shenanigan's is worth the cost of rent alone. We live in duplex and I hope I never have to have upstairs neighbors. An apt usually becomes available because of this. No druggies around.....about 3 years ago there was a young woman who had a birthday party with about 60-70 people and Jolene kicked them out after 3-4 squad cars pulled in.
