Cute, not alot of luxuries. For a studio, it was quite large. Office staff was always helpful & prompt. Can't comment on maintenance, as I never needed anything fized. I guess that means they did a great job. had quiet neighbors, though the community could get loud at times, being down the road from the fire station, Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village.

I suspect non-residents used our laundry facilities.
