My name is Shelley Brock and I am the new manager for Natchez Village, The Westmont, and The Columns complexes. I started management for these complexes in November of 2004. When I arrived here there were sveral issues that were immediatly addressed. One being a security patrol in place for all three complexes. The laundry room at Natchez Village is now on a key access and only permitted for residents to use. These along with several other issues have been addresses and resolved. I do not let any issues go unoticed no matter how small or big. I apoligize to anyone who has had a bad experience at any of my three complexes. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
