I moved to The Elmington, owned by Westmonte properties in February 2007 and I moved out last week(Nov. 2007)due to RAT infestation and management that could care less for the wellbeing of their tenants!!! After dealing with this, as well as no heat (for like 5 nights) in 30-40 degree weather because they couldn't light the pilot light''' AND, homeless people living in the basement/laundry room, I had to move as quickly as possible! I actually woke up to a RAT at least 7 inches long IN MY HAIR!!!!!! Totally gross!!!!! What you might see in a horror flick! Westmont wouldn't do a thing about it!!!! Beware. The building is nice, historic blah, blah, blah. I had RATS living and nesting under my refridgerator and I'm a neat freak. Rat turds in my bed....on my new white couch....My pit bull was afraid of these RATS! And again, management could care less!!!!!!!!!!
