not worth the trouble

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've had the most horrible, drunk, lazy, loud, obnoxious neighbors I could have imagined living by. Not only were the neighbors yelling and drinking, but they also had sex at 1am on weekdays when we were sleeping. Not only that, but the management either couldn't or didn't want to do anything about it. The only thing good was the low rent, but I guess you pay for what you get.
