When I moved here several years ago it was a nice, affordable complex. In the last couple of years, the quality of tenants has gone down considerably. The noise level is unacceptable, children run around unsupervised, and complaints about it to management don't seem to do much good. People leave their trash everywhere. They've done quite a bit of cosmetic work over the past two years, but honestly most of it has been pretty sloppy. The new windows they installed this spring look terrible. The rents have also been increasing at a startling rate over the past two years. I will be moving when my lease is up this summer.

On a positive note, the maintenance guys are good. They repair problems quickly.
