I enjoyed the layout of these apartments and I got a great deal on the rent when I first moved in. I found the grounds to be nice, as well. However, I would not recommend this apartment for the following reasons.

Whenever maintenance entered my apartment, I came home from work to find my cats hiding under the bed, afraid to come out. Once, I had no reason for maintenance to enter, yet arrived home to find that my bathroom had been used, with the lid still left up. My neighbors reported that beer was missing from their fridge after a maintenance call. In addition to this, someone attempted to get into my apartment while I was home, one weekend, and I had a creepy neighbor who often made inappropriate comments. All in all, I felt very unsafe living here.

Rent did increase by 25-75 dollars, depending on lease option, so I moved out after my initial lease was up. In summary, the grounds are nice, the layout is convenient, but this does not seem to be a safe place to live.
