While all personnel working for this complex always treated me with courtesty I experienced a definite difficulty in having serious maintenance issues resoved. A leak from an upstairs apartment continuously leaked into my bathroom for months on and off creating a mold problem within the drywall which could ojnly be solved by ripping out the drywall, which was not going to be considered by management. Additionally a leak in my own airconditioning unit caused a similar problem in my ceiling which was also not fixed to my satisfaction. The mold became a serious problem for me (being allergic), but was not something serious enough for the complex to repair.



The door frame of my slding glass door had shifted at some point prior to my moving into the apoartment, something they had agreed to fix when I signed the lease. This problem caused the door to be open at the top of the door, by almost a quarter of an inch while closed at the bottom. Their fix for this issue was to place a foam border inside the door-jam to help to insulate. The real fix for this would have involved removing the door frame, fixing the wall frame so it was straight and installing a new door frame. This was obviously too expensive for management to consider.



Overall the management of this complex is very nice, but this is a low-rent complex and expect that you will get just a little less than you pay for.
