Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
only move here if you can accept human feces in your hallways on a daily basis, repairs not being done, rude staff, loud noise, no parking, unsafe building structure ect. . i threatened to call codes and they tried to evict ( which is illegal in tn ). get everything they say in writting. also be prepared to have your car and your apartment broken in to at least once in a 6 month lease period. i have over a hundred pictures of codes and sanitation violations for anyone who is interested. you have been warned.
