The good-
Remodeled
new appliances and showers,toliets
great maintance,good staff
no bugs
the hallways are kept clean
some apartments have great views
quiet in some buildings
the staff doesn't ever bug you about anything
free water
security guards at night sometimes
a police woman lives there
easy to get an apartment

The bad-
the rent is too high for the area but yet you can only
make less than $27000 a year to live there'whats up with that' The rent is from $540-to $700 and something' I think most people that live there are on section 8 or get some help from the government.

you notice that when you leave for work every morning no one else does but you ...

They want you to park in between the lines in the parking lot but there are none,i guess they want you to park on the oil spot...

the swimming pool is gross
there are no grills or picnic tables
the playground is small
very young kids wander around by there self
There are some scary people that live there..some crackheads are likely to be your neighbors.
There are fights between young lets say umm fairy like guys with umbrellas and sports bras..seriously

The apartments are small and not layed out very well,the dining area is large but the living room is small
the kitchens aren't big enough for anything and two people can barely stand in there at one time, if you open the dishwasher don't try to open the stove at the same time,no room in the kitchen even for a trash can no bathroom closets or linen closets
some people around are pretty scary and some of your friends may be scared to visit you.
The apartments next door are full of crime and murders.

The apartments aren't that bad..but a little scary sometimes..the staff is great though although I think the security guards could be a little better...as I watched one guy not even notice a fight and after the police got there, he didn't even ask them what was going on...
These apartments are fair... I think the safety is well ok. I don't think you'd get killed or nothing but I wouldn't live there by yourself..

I guess I was a little harsh on this but everything I have said is true.
But I don't want to change anyones mind about moving here,my experience was not a bad one but I did want to state what I didn't like about them.
Overall I think if you plan on moving anywhere right off Harding Place this is the best one to move to in that area. I would also like to say that the staff is wonderful and so is the maint. workers.
You have to take the good with the bad..and overall they are pretty fair apartments.

Hey, I'm moving there from out-of-state and I was told that these all have private entries but everyone is talking about hallways? Did I get myself in a big mess trying to save money? I work and do not receive sec8 or any other gov't assistance. No offense, but are these like projects?

I think it is a great place! The managemnt has worked very hard to keep this place nice. You will love it here!

This is a great place to live! I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff is so friendly and they try to help the best that they can. Don't know it until you try it. They are offering $500 cash for resident referrals! I have already referred two people and received my check!

honeybee I wrote this review and as you can see the review after mine and the responses after your comment were obviously written by the staff..trust me no one who actually lived there would write anything like that... Its not like the projects..but if your the type of person who is uncomfortable around all different types of people then you may have a problem.They DO NOT have private entries.You enter through the hallways inside,I lived there I KNOW.You'll be fine.don't worry its not that bad.just keep to yourself,stay in your apartment and it will be ok.its better than all apartments off harding place. All the reviews before me were from the old building and not accurate anymore,they have been remodeled and have new staff and got rid of a ton of Illgeal Aliens that once plagued welch bend... I wish staff could not write on these posts its not fair to people and not honest..the 2 responses after yours were back to back with in minutes and its obviously staff written...

hunnybee723, did you ever move into these apartments? I am in the same place you were in a few months ago... I'm relocating from out of state... and looking into these... at least for the 1st year... Someone with an HONEST opinion please let me know the TRUE deal. Thanks!
