| 01/03/2013 | Willow Grove is an excellent choice if : a) You are one step away from homelessness b) You don't care about personal property or that of others c) You don't mind being awakened by neighbors due to the kleenex-grade soundproofing of your home. d) You are bringing your own washer and dryer e) All of the above, and then some. The primary problem with this place are the residents. Many of these folks park in a manner that is against complex regulations and obstructs free-flowing passage in and out of the community.
