This is probably the worst living arrangements in Nashville. Leaking ceilings, outdated appliances, fixtures, electrical wiring. Maintencance is very, very poor, not to mention the Leasing Manager. Parking space is not available for all. Crime rate is at a very high volume - the location, neighborhood is one of the worst in Nashville. I lived there for 3 years - 3 years too long - just came across this site and felt I needed to warn anyone who may be checking on it. It is a NIGHTMARE! Honest to God. Harbor Management who owned it at the time and I assume still does was not a bit helpful with any complaints - they are located in Georgia - so they just want rent to roll in. Pass this one by!

You are right to warn people. My husband and I moved in and we were tricked. We were shown a nice apartment, but when we tried to see ours they would not let us saying that they were still fixing it. When we moved in it was a nightmare. Our electric bill is so high, and sometimes we do not even have electricity in the apartment due to wirering( if you can explain that). The pest problem has gotten so bad, that we have roaches climbing on us while we sleep. When we cook we have to constantly watch the food, because they will get in. And in the freezer as well. We have constantly called for maitnance but no one comes. The carpet smells since we moved in, and it is detached in the stair case, constantly making me almost fall down. The heat does not even work so we are constantly freezing. And the plumbing is always thrwing weird smelly things out, and when reported they just laugh and said well use the dishwasher more often (like that would actually help). Luckly our lease will expire soon so we are leaving. Our car has been broken into twice. I hate this place, but what is worse is that they are always trying to get more money from us blaming us for the bad maitnance. Who ever read this Please listen to warning DO NOT LIVE HERE. it is not safe for you or your children. It is a really bad place. You cannot even walk out to the store. I tried walking by myself once, and a guy tried to get me in his car. And this always happens, so I could no longer walk anyware without my husband. Seriously, stay away from Wynstone, they do not care for the people or our health just our money.
