i lived there for a few months and just could not stand it anymore. the grounds look like crap. always. they have a young guy that picks up trash, but it still looks bad. security, what a friggin joke! they have a k-mart cop who thinks he is fbi. harasses everyone. we saw him throw a hispanic man against his car one night. the other security guy lives on property but is useless. i have never seen this man respond to a single problem on the property.i have to say if you like loud music this is your home, loud spanish music 24/7, honking horns and beer bottles everywhere. want more' a child was nearly killed by a drunk driver who ran up on a parking curb,, there was a murder here last year, they put up security gates, yet the gates have been destroyed by its own residents,. still looking for a home. you will never see carpet as nasty as this place, the manager rosemary does not put new carpet in. doesnt matter,, mold,bedbugs, filthy carpet that is for your pleasure to live on.this place is disguting. the maintenance guys there are friendly, and they try to fix our stuff, but everything has to be o.k. by rosemary,, and guess what,, you will get nothing from her exsept an atittude. DONT RENT HERE!

i agree with your rating. I lived there and lasted one horrible year. And barely made it. First, I got sick from the rodent infestation. Then, on my way to work a man tried to force me in his car. Mind you I was in the property but nobody cared to help. Then the stair case was broken and I fell while I was pregnant. THe apartment was horrid and terrible. And my husband almost got killed by a car robber who broke into our car in pure day light. Management did not care. In fact they even tried to force us to pay them for the repair of the apartment, even though it was like that when we moved in. So I recorded everything and contacted a lawyer, and needless to say they let their claims go as "a gift to the baby". It was the worse and horrific year of my life. I wish no one to move in there. They even stole my dog, and when I finally found him because a child was playing with him almost 3 weeks later, he caught a sickness and died. Terrible place.
