I have been at wynter downs apartments since aug 2004. overall the property has made several changes for the better. maintenance even when short staffed has made a real attempt to complete work orders. the maintenance staff has been working steadily on the lights and making residents happy. the roaches are there but if you keep your apartment clean they tend to scatter to the surrounding neighbors so it doesn't make it as bad. office staff is very friendly and tries there best to compensate when needed. i would suggest anyone to live here, you get a large apartment for a great price. it is also one of the best properties in this area.
